About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Sales Force Automation Kenya, a cutting-edge cloud platform revolutionizing sales operations for businesses across Kenya. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and relationship building to closing deals and onboarding clients.
You’ll work closely with business owners, decision-makers, and field sales teams to identify their challenges and recommend the best-fit software solutions from our portfolio. If you are passionate about B2B sales, technology, and delivering real value to clients, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead nurturing, demos, proposals, negotiations, closing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and manage a portfolio of accounts for retention and growth.
• Understand clients’ business needs and recommend tailored software solutions from our product suite.
• Use CRM software to track leads, update pipelines, and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, pricing, and positioning.
• Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to support relationship management and account growth.
• Provide timely updates and reports on sales performance, forecasts, and activities.
• Share insights with the product team to inform improvements based on client feedback and market demands.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech, SaaS or enterprise software sector.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident in presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and leads simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
