Job Description/Requirements
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, and client meetings
• Present and explain the company’s online trading platform and product offerings
• Support clients through account opening, funding, and first trade
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance client onboarding
Requirements: Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business/Finance, or related field
• At least 3 Years’ sales experience in the Online forex trading industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Familiarity with online trading or interest in financial markets is a plus
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
