NB. 

This contract shall be executable and binding upon your acceptance of the terms laid therein and by signing and returning the signed duplicate to the undersigning office within twenty-four hours of receipt of this letter. If it is after date of commencement, then the date you sign shall be taken as the date on which you accepted the terms and Conditions of Service. If the time elapses and You have neither reported working nor returned this Contract of Employment letter duly signed, the offer shall be null and void.

Job Summary/ Overall Purpose: 

Make sales as per the set monthly targets

Job Specifications

• The job holder must have the following qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences
• Sales Training
• 5 years of Experience in sales in real estate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Making sales as per the agreed target
• Develop and maintain a database of potential customers.
• Customer relationship management
• Update data on property bookings daily
• Undertake market intelligence for all properties on sale
• Plan for site visits, make customer presentations and take customers for a site visit
• Process offer letters for customers within 7 days of the sale
• Follow-up signaling of sales agreements with GM
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Undertake marketing of properties through social media, WhatsApp and networking events, etc.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Follow up on payments with clients
• Prepare loyalty messages/gifts for customers for birthdays and anniversaries
• Any other tasks as assigned by the GM
