Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to potential buyers.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective clients promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about locations, features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to generate leads and optimize outreach strategies.
• Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, competitors, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer literacy.
• A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
