Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct daily field visits to prospect and engage new clients
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries
- Identify opportunities in the events or entertainment sector and convert them into sales
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based sectors
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and in-person client interactions
- Background or exposure in entertainment, events, or related industries is a plus
- Age: 24 – 33 years
- Self-driven, outgoing, and results-oriented
