The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international sales, expanding market reach and achieving the organization’s growth objectives.
Role Summary:
The Sales Export Manager will be responsible for driving international sales, managing export operations, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. This role involves developing strategies to expand the company’s global reach, building relationships with international clients, and coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify new international markets and business opportunities.
Drive revenue growth by building and managing a portfolio of export clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
Monitor economic, cultural, and political factors that could affect exports.
Oversee the preparation of shipping and export documentation and Coordinate logistics and delivery of goods to international clients.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment.
Prepare and manage export sales budgets.
Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements for export activities.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and market analysis reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in export sales or international business development.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management tools.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different cultural contexts.
Flexibility to travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, or visit markets.
