We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Intern to join our team for 6-months. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our sales team by selling customized trips to the German market to East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda) and South Africa (South-Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique) in the German market.
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
- Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
What you will do:
- Use calls and emails to sell customized trips to East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda) and South Africa (South-Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique) in German speaking markets.
- Support in creating logical, well balanced travel itineraries with a healthy profit margin.
- Help in answering clients questions until the contract is signed.
- Help in product innovations, improving offerings based on market trends or customer feedback.
- Support in ensuring smooth handover of sold trips to operations colleagues.
- Come up with initiatives to make the sales process more efficient.
