  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales and marketing or related field.
  • Background experience in Real Estate, banking or insurance is an added advantage.
  • Must be adept in the use of computer software particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Internet and current social media tools.
  • At least two (2) years relevant and proven experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Identify new sales leads, schedule site visits, and participate in presentations & exhibitions to promote the sales revenues.
  • Prospecting, originating and Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Building a good knowledge of the property market both at the local and international levels and providing clients with required information to influence purchase decisions.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Developing a monthly activity calendar and budget.
  • The ongoing orientation and training of your sales people.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Hiring sales agents and Managing sales Team.
  • Submitting a weekly and monthly sales report without fail.
  • Make use of available software and hardware (Prop Wings, Booking Form, Allocation Sheet, and Offer Letters, Sales Agreements,) to record ALL sales activities.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO/Director.
