Job Description/Requirements
Success in the First 90 Days
- Establish a regional sales team across at least 5 key counties.
- Recruit and onboard 50+ field marketers and agents.
- Generate 50+ leads per region per day through direct outreach, activations, and partnerships.
- Secure at least 3 new MOUs with institutional checkoff partners (e.g., police, hospitals, county staff).
- Deliver quality checkoff loan disbursements.

- Strong track record in building partnerships with:
o Government agencies (national and county)

- Adept at negotiating MOUs and partner onboarding to scale payroll-based lending channels.
Product Development & Market Intelligence
- Strong product development instincts based on field insights and borrower needs.
- Gathers and leverages market intelligence to adapt pricing, features, and processes.
- Launches product iterations and variants to suit emerging client segments and markets.
Performance & Operations Management
- Tracks KPIs using CRM platforms and sales dashboards.
- Oversees lead tracking, follow-ups, team activity, and regional reporting.
- Collaborates closely with credit and collections teams to ensure end-to-end loan quality.
Technical & Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Conversant with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and mobile coordination tools like WhatsApp Business.
- Smart, articulate, and highly presentable, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Performance Expectations
- Maintain or exceed Kshs. 385M in monthly checkoff loan disbursements.
- Grow checkoff loan customer base by 15% within 6 months.
- Reduce absolute arrears by Kshs. 10M monthly through coordination with collections.
- Ensure 90% team productivity rate, with high compliance to field sales processes.
- Launch at least 3 new regional marketing campaigns per quarter.
