Qualifications
Academic Qualification
• Business Degree or any other relevant field from a recognized institution.
Experience
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in sales management.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in team leadership / management.
• Experience in micro finance institutions/banks and insurance companies
• Call Centre operations experience.
• Prior experience in digital lending.
