Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales within banking or microfinance, with deep knowledge of secured credit products.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role, managing field-based team leaders and agents across different regions.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing logbook loan and LPO financing portfolios.
- Experience implementing and scaling the agency model of sales.
- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise sales agents and marketers to achieve disbursement targets.

- Hands-on involvement in developing and refining loan products to meet local market needs.
- Skilled in collecting market intelligence and competitor data to drive product and campaign improvements.
Tech & Professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Smart, presentable, and excellent in verbal/written communication.
Desirable Extras
- Certificate in Sales Management, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Familiarity with field-based campaign tools, digital lead capture, or USSD/SMS integration for outreach.
- Ability to handle government frameworks and compliance related to secured credit facilities.
Performance Expectations
- Achieve 20–30% growth in loan disbursements within the first 6 months.
- Launch at least 2 regional sales activations per month.
- Onboard 5–10 new car yard or LPO-related partners in the first quarter.
- Maintain 80%+ team target achievement rate across all regions monthly.
- Deliver monthly sales forecasts, team performance dashboards, and lead conversion reports.
