Job Description/Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the global marketing and sales management of the company’s lubricant products in the automotive, industrial, and construction machinery sectors;
- Develop and implement effective market expansion plans and pricing strategies focused on key markets across Africa, in alignment with the company’s strategic goals;
- Proactively expand distributor channels in Africa, building long-term, competitive partnerships to enhance distribution strength;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts in the African market;
- Plan, organize, and execute trade shows and promotional campaigns across Africa to strengthen the brand's international visibility and influence;
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing African sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time accredited program;
- Relevant background in the lubricant industry, construction machinery, or automotive aftermarket sectors;
- Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the above-mentioned industries. Candidates with lubricant industry sales experience are preferred;
- Familiarity with the entire African market, with practical experience residing in Africa or managing overseas sales teams;
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, strong English communication and negotiation abilities, and willingness to travel or relocate overseas;
- Sharp market insight, strong business development skills, and solid team management and organizational capabilities.
