We are looking for an expreinced sale reprentative/manager to contribute to our company’s sales objectives.  Main responsibilities in this role include building LiuGong Kenya local platform, establishing local team and developing long-term partner dealerships in Kenya. 

As a sale repreentative/manager , you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you should be aspired to develop and maintain successful relationships with dealers and customers.


1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, build LiuGong Kenya local platform;
2. Develop strategic cooperation dealership in Kenya, including establishing productive and professional relationships with dealers and key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, negotiate and close agreements with large customers;
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements, perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. 
5.  Regular visiting the local markets to seek potential business opportunities and develop sales accounts

6.   Responsible for collecting relevant market information including customer data, competitive intelligence, market research, feedback, and market metrics. Develop market strategies based on that information and implement those plans

7.      Responsible for receivable and invoicing management

8.      Responsible for sale forecast, market analysis, collecting and analyzing market information, studying the dynamics of competitors, and adopt for corresponding countermeasures.

9.       Clearly understand the KPI and the annual sale target required for this role, manage the profitability of the sales in the assigned area to ensure an adequate return and annual sale targets can be achieved.


Requirements:


1. Diploma/ Bachelor degree in mechanical or international trade related or equivalent.

2. 5 to 10 years of construction machinery sales in copper mining or Gold industry in the Congo

3. Proficient in computer operation and various sales systems;

4. Have strong communication skills, a steadfast and strong sense of responsibility

5. Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to speak with production workers to customer management;

6. Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English
