Job Summary
The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the entire sales team, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and ensure the company achieves its revenue targets. This individual will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a motivated and high-performing sales force to maximize land sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
o Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
o Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase land features and benefits.
o Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiations.
2. Marketing and Promotion:
o Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
o Use digital platforms to advertise and attract potential buyers.
o Organize sales events, site visits, and exhibitions to drive client engagement.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
o Provide professional guidance and advice on land investment opportunities.
4. Sales Strategy and Planning
o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.
o Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
o Prepare annual sales forecasts and set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
5. Team Leadership and Management
o Set clear goals for team members and regularly evaluate performance.
o Provide regular coaching and motivation to ensure high levels of productivity.
6. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
o Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
7. Reporting and Analytics
o Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
o Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports submitted to management.

• Technical Skills:
