Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding our customer base, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing coaching and guidance for individual and team development.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  3. Forecast sales targets and track performance against forecasts, making adjustments as needed to ensure sales goals are met.
  4. Analyze data, track KPIs, and create insightful reports.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.
  6. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of sales team members.
  7. Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence effectively.
  8. Ensure effective risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and meticulous documentation.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience required.
  3. Strong data interpretation, team management, and leadership skills.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Creativity and boundary-pushing mindset.
