Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and onboard new vendors and customers to the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for both buyers and sellers.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase platform visibility.
- Manage social media pages and engage with the online community.
- Coordinate promotions, discounts, and other customer engagement activities.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
