Sales & Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements

Duties & Responsibilities include:
•         Lead generation for the company’s products in the market
•         Organising for meetings with potential customers for pitching and demonstration of the company’s products
•         Preparation of proposals for potential customers to give solutions to their needs
•         Negotiating proposed solutions with potential customers and closing sales
•         Account management
•         Responsible for professional representation of the company including being neat, pleasant and correctly presenting the company’s solutions to the market
•         Responsible for the achievement of the product’s target set by the company
•         Responsible for accurate proposal of solutions to meet customers’ needs including the prices quoted.
•         Responsible for submitting to the management reports for customers met and the progress made in closing the deals

Minimum Qualifications:
•         Certificate Diploma from a recognized institution preferably in Sales and Marketing
•         At least 1-year experience in sales preferably specific to Corporates and SME Clients
•         Enthusiastic about sales targets with a demonstrated ability to meet them
•         A pleasant demeanour with positive attitude towards work
•         A team player
•         Good communication and networking skills
•         Knowledge in preparation of winning sales presentations
•         Good negotiation skills
•         Experience in selling Design, Printing and Branding products is an added advantage
•         Technical knowledge in Printing and Branding will be an added advantage

The position is paid on a very attractive commission structure on every sale, Travel allowances and airtime provided.
