Job Description/Requirements
You will be part of the primary contact team in Mombasa Office for our current and potential clients in Kenya. Your responsibilities will be to:-
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate to customers and t product points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed sales quotas
- Coordinate with other team
members and departments to optimize the sales effortRequirements and skills
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
· Proper time management and organizational skills
· Knowledge of MS Office
Qualifications for Sales Representative
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0-1 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
