Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and online channels.
• Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Follow up on leads, handle customer inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, retail, advertising, etc.] is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be target-driven, flexible, and willing to learn.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM systems is an advantage.
