Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Promoters to join our brand activation team. As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales during promotional activations. Key Responsibilities

1. Actively engage with customers during activations, product demonstrations, and promotional events.

2. Provide detailed information about products and services to potential buyers.

3. Create brand awareness and promote the company's offerings through direct interaction and live demonstrations.

4. Encourage customers to make purchases by highlighting key product benefits and unique selling points.

5. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples.

6. Set up and maintain promotional displays and booths at various locations.

7. Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and sales teams.

8. Achieve daily and weekly sales targets as set by the company.

9. Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner at all times.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in sales, promotions, or brand activations is an advantage.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.

4. Energetic, outgoing, and confident in engaging with diverse audiences.

5. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.

6. Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in outdoor or high-traffic locations.

7. Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.

8. Willingness to travel to different event locations if needed.
