Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Digital Marketer to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for our two key product offerings: monday.com solutions and AI based product. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of success in inside sales, particularly with US-based clients. You will be working from our Nairobi, Kenya office, collaborating closely with our team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and online research.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for product demonstrations or sales presentations.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities.
- Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of monday.com solutions and our AI products to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Sales Process:
- Help with effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to US-based clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the team to develop and enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales with US-based clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with monday.com or other work similar solutions is a plus.
- Experience with website analytics and digital marketing is a plus.
