SALARY: KSHS.30,000 + 6,000TRANSPORT +1,000 AIRTIME & INCENTIVES

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of alcoholic beverage products (wines, spirits, etc.) to Hotels, Restaurants, and Bars (HORECA).
- Identify, engage, and onboard new HORECA clients to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the HORECA sector.
- Provide clients with product training, promotions, and tastings where applicable.
Market Expansion & Brand Promotion
- Launch and promote new brands or product lines in the market.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of new product introductions in client locations.
- Ensure proper visibility and merchandising of brands at client premises.
Operational & Administrative Duties
- Prepare and send professional quotations, order confirmations, and follow-up emails.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of client orders.
- Manage account receivables by following up on outstanding payments.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Provide insight and recommendations based on competitor activity and customer needs.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in alcoholic beverage distribution within the HORECA sector
- Prior experience with launching and promoting new alcohol brands is a strong advantage
- Deep understanding of the HORECA channel operations and purchasing patterns
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong written English and ability to compose professional business emails
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
