Role Summary
The sales Representative shall be responsible to Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Manage client portfolio & develop and maintain proper relations and rapport • with customers/outlets.
• Monitor sales figures per Brand on a monthly basis and handle queries & • Complaints.
• Follow and keep contact with clients through regular visits and/or phone calls as and when required and as per weekly routing.
• Ensure that the service level provided is up to standards set.
• Ensure products are displayed as per merchandising standards.
• Monitor debtors and credit terms as per established procedures and processes.
• Keep abreast of market trends, pricing and new products.
Candidate Requirements
• At least a Certificate of Secondary Education.
• A Certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing or any other
• equivalent will be an Advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in a sale driven environment
• Particularly in FMCG sector as a Sales Representative.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Valid certificate of good conduct.
• Should be a person of integrity, self-driven, with good interpersonal
• skills and a team player.
• Results oriented and able to meet targets.
• Proactive and cooperative with strong service orientation.
• Attention to detail, honest and trustworthy.
• Creative and innovative with a good negotiation and persuasive
• skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work on odd hours.
• Holder of a Food Handler certificate and a valid driving license.
