SALES REPRESENTATIVE/CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER - Turkana Central and Loima

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: SALES REPRESENTATIVE/CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

We are a licensed deposit taking Sacco, seeks to recruit a qualified and competent individual to fill the position of Sales Representative/Customer Care Officer. We operate 4 front offices located in Nairobi, Lodwar, Homabay and Busia that offer affordable banking services to our members.

The successful candidate will be based at our Lodwar branch office, and will operate within Turkana Central and Loima and the surrounding areas.

Job Overview:

The main responsibility of the Sales Representative will be to sell the Sacco’s products and services by identifying leads, educating members on products through phone calls and visits, and supporting existing members with exceptional levels of customer care.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective members.

2. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

3. Members’ recruitment and retention.

4. Develop contact with potential members through phone calls, emails and scheduling meetings in person.

5. Deliver agreed upon sales targets and submitting quarterly, monthly and annual sales targets within the agreed schedule.

6. Assist members with complaints or inquiries related to products, services and purchases.

7. Any other duty as will be delegated by your supervisor.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Sales and marketing, any other Business related course.

2. A minimum of a C + in KCSE

3. Minimum of two years’ hands-on experience with sales and marketing.

4. Computer literate

5. Age 25 years and below

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

7. Excellent selling and negotiation skills

8. Valid certificate of good conduct

9. Should be a person of integrity, self-driven, with good interpersonal skills and a team player

10. Results oriented and able to meet targets.
