Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in the electrical, hardware, or construction sector. The ideal candidate will be a mature, results-oriented male professional with a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Qualifications Required:             Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or  Similar


Experience Required:                 5+ years of experience working in Sales & Business Development of Electrical, Hardware, Construction or similar industry



Any Specific Skills Required:      Good communication & interpersonal skills, presentable ,flexible, positive attitude and self-driven, hands on experience with MS office and related computer applications 


Mandatory:                                 This role will require the candidate to Have his / her own motor vehicle, with a valid Driving license, for which the company will provide the fuel allowance.


Expatriate / Local Talent :           Local Kenyan Citizens only


Gender Preference:                   Male. 



Age Limit:                                     30+ years



Brief Job Description:                  To handle the sales portfolio as per the  Language

Good communication in English and Kenyan language


Personality: Presentable well balanced ( roles and responsibilities) regions, counties allocated, as per the  Company’s targets. 



Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM

Saturday: 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM


Reporting Structure:

(a)Reporting to:           Head of Sales & Business Development 

(b)Repartees under:    None



Benefits if any:                          Leave as per Kenyan employment rules. Apart from this since the role involves traveling across the country, the company will reimburse the actual travel fare and accommodation.
