He/she will be primarily responsible for executing the sales & marketing strategy with the ultimate objective of maximizing revenues across all revenue generating outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, competitors and end-to end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents
Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecast
Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
Building strong relationships with customers.
Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the facilities and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPI’s, budgets and revenues.
Build-on and develop relationships with our current clients.
Analyse current markets and identify new markets and potential clients.
Organise and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips the team.
Develop and agree departmental sales plans and communicate them clearly
Ensure that all client correspondence is tracked and recorded, including quotations and contracts.
Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct at all times when dealing with clients, guests etc.
Submit weekly Sales & Marketing activity reports to the C.E.O
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate sales and at least one year in a management /supervisory position
Must have a track record of working with targets
Experience selling land.
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
Ability to work any of the seven days of the week and holidays when necessary
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to critically think and problem-solve
Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills
Knowledge of real estate sales process as well as regional market prices
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
