Job Description/Requirements
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents/loan officers to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain portfolio quality.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the civil servant segment.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure targets are met.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all loan applications and processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years sales management experience.
