Denver Group Limited is looking for a mature, self-driven, and capable Sales Team Lead to oversee their dynamic real estate sales team. If you have a passion for property, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to operations, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example by actively selling land and achieving personal monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of field sales agents to meet and exceed their individual and group targets.
  • Provide regular coaching, field support, and on-the-ground strategy to close deals.
  • Ensure the daily sales operations run smoothly – from lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, to client conversion.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and weekly action plans.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, land site visits, and promotional events.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and accurate record-keeping of all transactions.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership or senior sales role, preferably in real estate or land sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and sales processes efficiently.
  • Mature, reliable, and proactive in approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Driving License and strong driving skills – must be willing and able to travel to field sites regularly.

  • Familiar with local real estate market dynamics.
