Key Responsibilities
1. Serve walk-in and online customers professionally
2. Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media
3. Close sales and coordinate delivery logistics
4. Build long-term relationships with clients
5. Update stock records and daily sales reports
Qualifications
1. A minimum of a Diploma in a business related or sales related field
2. Experience in sales or customer service
3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
4. Tech-savvy with general product knowledge
5. Fluent in English and Swahili.
6. Social media enthusiast
7. Honest, presentable, and self-driven
