We are looking for a well-presented and organized Secretary/Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide key administrative support to our legal team

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
● Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
● Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
● Schedule client appointments and manage advocates’ calendars
● Draft, format, and type legal documents and correspondence
● Maintain well-organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
● Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
● Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
● Support the legal team with general administrative tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
● Diploma or certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field
● At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in a legal environment is an added advantage)
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
● Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
● Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
