Job Description/Requirements
- Communicating with potential buyers and sellers, Identifying and qualifying leads, and Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Engage potential buyers and provide comprehensive details on the development, including pricing, size, and location.
- Arranging and conducting property showings for potential buyers.
- Presenting properties in a professional and informative manner.
- Negotiating offers and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
- Guiding clients through the closing process and Providing post-sale support and assistance.
- Stay informed on the local and international real estate market to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients while addressing their real estate needs.
- Collect and analyze market data across Rendeavour’s key markets in Kenya and provide quarterly insights on trends.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to document and track all sales activities.
