Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Social Media & Administration Officer to manage their digital presence and support office administration.

- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and grow engagement across digital platforms.
- Create graphics, short videos, and content featuring company updates and field stories.
- Track online performance, respond to inquiries, and improve brand visibility.
- Handle office administration, records, filing, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, procurement support, agendas, and minutes.
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar role preferred.
- Experience in social media management and office administration required.
- HR exposure is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic graphic design skills.
- Organized, multitasking, and accountable problem-solver.
