We’re seeking a creative and hands-on Social Media Executive to lead our visual storytelling and digital engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate will combine photography, videography, and content strategy to bring our brand, riders, vehicles, and community impact to life in real time.

Job Title: Social Media Executive
Reports To: Marketing & Communications Lead
Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

1. Photography & Visual Content Creation

  • Capture high-quality photos of vehicles, riders, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Ensure all visuals reflect a consistent style aligned with brand identity and tone.
  • Organize, label, and archive visual assets for easy access and reuse across campaigns.

2. Videography & Editing

  • Shoot and edit engaging videos for social platforms — including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Create story-driven, authentic short-form and long-form video content using mobile and desktop editing tools.
  • Work closely with riders and internal teams to produce relatable and impactful videos.

3. Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that reflect the brand’s voice.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and emerging trends.

4. Content Performance & Insights

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics across platforms on a weekly basis.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving performance.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

5. Team Collaboration & Field Work

  • Partner with operations and rider teams to capture authentic, real-time stories.
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and community events through live coverage.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and creativity during shoots and events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management, photography, and videography.
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or Filmora, plus familiarity with AI-based editing tools.
  • Strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and visual creativity.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with mobility, tech, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
