Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive new media marketing strategies tailored to the online lending industry, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Craft compelling content across various formats (text, images, videos, animations) that resonates with our target demographic, highlighting the benefits and ease of our lending services.Oversee the management and growth of the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our values and business objectives.Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of social media and digital campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and effectiveness.Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and fintech, applying innovative approaches to enhance our online presence and customer interaction.Collaborate closely with the product and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and positive user experience across all digital touchpoints.Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources to the most effective channels and tactics.Demonstrate proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, incorporating these skills into the creation of engaging and informative content.Guide and execute the full production process of digital content, from concept development to post-production, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in finance or fintech.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in new media management or digital marketing, ideally within the online lending or financial services sector.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record of growing online communities and engaging with a financial services audience.Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and data analytics tools, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Outstanding project management skills, with the agility to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Excellent communication skills in English, reflecting the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in creating and managing content specifically designed for the online lending industry.Advanced expertise in digital advertising, including PPC campaigns and audience segmentation.Strong understanding of the regulatory and ethical considerations unique to the financial services industry in the Kenya.
