Store Managers

Liberty Eagle runs 5 franchise companies in Nairobi with 20 shops in Nairobi’s top malls. Due to the addition of new brands we require to add more great management talent to our team.

Role Description.

1. To manage a fashion apparel store to achieve high levels of sales performance.

2. To ensure guaranteed operations on a daily basis as per brand standards.

3. Responsible for overseeing the entire procedures at the point of sale.

4. Maintain good customer experience through team member interaction, store merchandising and presentation.

5. Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly report sessions, and weekly sales meetings.

6. Supervise all the sales assistants within the store, making of work schedules, duty planning and execution.

7. Prepare and forecast sales for the department.

8. Endeavor to meet and exceed team member expectations by providing excellent leadership.

9. Demonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with co-workers as needed

10. Maintain confidentiality of company and all customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of three (3) years of working experience as a store manager preferably in the Fashion industry.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced in leading and creating a well-motivated team.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Willing to work in store and on shift hours including weekends.
• Excellent customer service, analytical thinking and communication.

• Possess great conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
