Job Description/Requirements

Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support enrolment goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Create recruitment plans for all campuses and monitor progress.

Supervise, mentor, and motivate Student Recruitment Officers and field marketers.

Set KPIs for the recruitment team and track performance through weekly and monthly reviews.

Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Oversee school outreach, career events, digital inquiries, and community engagement to generate leads.

Ensure consistent follow-up, lead nurturing, and high conversion rates.

Maintain and monitor the CRM to ensure data accuracy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, career teachers, community leaders, and referral networks.

Represent the college at education fairs, exhibitions, and public events.

Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to support recruitment.

Work closely with the marketing team to align recruitment activities with campaigns.

Provide feedback on messaging, promotions, and content based on market insights.

Support branding activities to enhance visibility in key markets.

Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports.

Track team performance against targets and recommend improvements.

Ensure all recruitment activities follow institutional policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.

3–5 years’ experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Proven ability to meet enrolment targets and manage teams.

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
