Technical Proposal Writer

🎓 Education & Experience

• Diploma in Business, Communications, Procurement, Project Management, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in proposal writing, document preparation, or administrative support

• Exposure to bid preparation, tender documentation, or client-facing communication is an added advantage

🛠 Practical Skills & Competencies

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to follow proposal templates and formatting guidelines

• Basic understanding of RFPs/RFQs, bid requirements, and submission procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn from senior team members and adapt to different project needs

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and formatting proposals, capability statements, and supporting documents

• Follow instructions from senior writers and project leads to ensure proposal compliance

• Organize and update proposal templates, past submissions, and reference materials

• Support the collection of technical inputs, team profiles, and project data

• Help prepare submission packages, print-ready documents, and digital files

• Participate in internal reviews to improve proposal quality and consistency

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information
