Job Summary:
We are looking for two enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Technical Sales and Marketing Executives. As a Technical Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, promoting, and selling our technical agricultural products both online and offline. You will work closely with our technical team to understand the product features and benefits, and communicate them effectively to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them to promote and sell our technical agricultural products
• Participate in promotional activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to create brand awareness and generate leads
• Work closely with the technical team to understand the product features and benefits, and provide technical assistance to customers as needed
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Entry-level role for sales and marketing enthusiasts.
• Previous experience with technical and software products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies.
