Job Description/Requirements
Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
Promote Products/Services: Present, promote, and sell products and services to new and existing customers over the phone.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions during calls.
Qualify Leads: Assess customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
Maintain Accurate Records: Update customer details, call logs, and sales activities
Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, call volume, and customer feedback.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase sales volume.
Follow-up and After-Sales Support: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and assist customers with post-sale support.
Work Collaboratively: Coordinate with the rest of the departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay Updated on Products: Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively sell and answer customer questions.
Handle Objections and Close Sales: Address customer objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
Maintain Professionalism: Represent the company with a professional demeanor in all phone interactions.
