We’re looking for an experienced Telesales Agent to join our energetic and dynamic in-office team. If you’re persuasive, customer-focused, and driven by results — this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Description/Requirements
What We Offer
● Full-time, in-office position (not remote)
● Base salary: KES 10,000 per month
● Performance-based bonuses and commissions (no earning limit)
● Most agents earn between KES 40,000–70,000 monthly, with top performers earning above KES 100,000.
Your Key Responsibilities
● Present, promote, and sell dietary supplements to new and existing customers.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
● Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
● Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
● Maximize customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
● Proven experience in telesales or phone-based customer service (a strong plus).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
● Highly motivated, results-oriented, and professional.
● Language requirements:
- English - Minimum Level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
- Swahili - Fluent (Full Professional Proficiency)
- Luganda — Fluent (Full Professional Proficiency)
● Willingness to work on-site and grow within the sales field.
Recruitment Process

2⃣ Online Test: If your CV meets our requirements, you’ll receive a link to complete a short test via email.
3⃣ Interview: Candidates who pass the test will be invited for a final interview.
After successfully completing all three stages, you’ll be invited to join our free onboarding and sales training program, which lasts three days.
TELESALES AGENT
Once you complete training and pass the final exam, you’ll receive an official offer to join Halisi — and we’ll sign a formal contract with you before you start working in our Nairobi office.
