Climax Publishers is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Agent to promote and sell our educational and literary publications over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for books and learning.

Job Description/Requirements
- Make outbound calls to schools, bookstores, and individual clients to promote Climax Publishers; books and educational materials.
- Use sales scripts to introduce products, highlight benefits, and encourage purchases.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients, providing detailed product information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on prospects to build lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current titles, promotions, and publishing industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, education, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Passion for books, education, and publishing.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM .
