Are you a young, experienced and self-driven individual with ability to curate awesome experiences for clients in possession of the following qualifications?

    • Degree/Diploma Certificate Holder.

    • Good Analytical, advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.

    • Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English. 

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

    • Ability to onboard client & maintain good relationship

    • 2 years’ experience in customer experience & or sales role is a must. 

KPI’s. 

    • Generate leads

    • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs

    • Always strive towards meeting sales targets

    • Track and document calls and sales

    • Customer experience Internal & External clients 

    • Reports generation

    • Data entry

Remuneration is a variable, Retainer starting at 15k & Commissions on sales
