Job Description/Requirements
- Degree/Diploma Certificate Holder.
- Good Analytical, advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to onboard client & maintain good relationship
- 2 years’ experience in customer experience & or sales role is a must.
KPI’s.
- Generate leads
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Always strive towards meeting sales targets
- Track and document calls and sales
- Customer experience Internal & External clients
- Reports generation
- Data entry
