Title: Sales Executive – Serviced Apartments

Location: Kilimani, Nairobi

Reports to: General Manager

Gross Salary: Ksh 50,000 + 7.5–10% commission per confirmed booking

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach potential guests or corporate clients for short-term and long-term stays.
• Build and manage a strong client database and pipeline of leads.
• Use personal and professional networks to market and promote Lenana Suites.
• Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective guests and partners.
• Negotiate and close bookings, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track sales performance and report on targets and conversions weekly.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competing serviced and furnished apartments in Nairobi.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, specifically in real estate, serviced, or furnished apartments.
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing bookings for tenants or guests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Well-established professional network, especially within Nairobi’s real estate or corporate sector.
• Strong self-motivation and results orientation.
