The Children Files Team maintains the life stories and legal documentation of every child in IHF’s care. Your mission is to ensure that digital records—including medical history, academic progress, and legal status—are 100% accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. This data is the foundation for our sponsorship programs and government compliance.

In a 100% remote global organization, our digital chatrooms (Skype, WhatsApp, etc.) are our physical offices. The Chat Monitors Team ensures these spaces remain professional, secure, and supportive. The Education Team ensures that every child in IHF’s care receives a high-quality, empowering education. Your mission is to develop curricula that bridge local requirements with global standards, monitor student progress, and support our local teachers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Successful candidate will work with a young adult with fair receptive language abilities. The leaner demonstrates a moderate level of understanding spoken language and instructions.
