DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Social Media
· Manage the school's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
· Develop and maintain a content calendar covering school activities, programmes, events, achievements and admissions.
· Monitor engagement, respond to online enquiries and identify opportunities to grow the school's visibility among prospective parents.
Content Creation
· Shoot and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos using a smartphone and/or camera.
· Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, graphics and other content that showcase the school's learning environment, activities, facilities and student experience.
· Ensure all content is professional, engaging and appropriate for a school environment, particularly when featuring children.
Admissions & Lead Generation
· Develop digital content and campaigns aimed at generating enquiries and supporting student admissions.
· Respond to prospective parent enquiries received through social media and WhatsApp and ensure leads are properly followed up.
· Work with the admissions team to track digital leads and support conversion of enquiries into school visits and enrolments.
Digital Advertising
· Set up and manage targeted Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to promote admissions, programmes and school activities.
· Monitor campaign performance, budgets, enquiries and cost per lead, making adjustments to improve results.
· Provide regular feedback on campaign performance and recommend opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion.
Website & SEO
· Update basic website content, including admissions information, school programmes, events and announcements.
· Apply basic SEO principles to improve the school's online visibility and search performance.
· Ensure information across the website and social-media platforms is accurate, current and consistent.
Reporting & Performance
· Track social-media growth, engagement, enquiries, leads and advertising performance.
· Prepare simple monthly reports highlighting results, key insights and areas for improvement.
· Use performance data to improve content, advertising and digital activities that contribute to admissions.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
· Proven experience in digital marketing, social-media management, content creation, sales or a related field.
· Demonstrable ability to shoot and edit short-form videos using a smartphone and/or camera.
· Practical experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp
· Experience with Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising is required
· Basic knowledge of website content management and SEO
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience working with a school, education institution, family-oriented organisation or similar environment will be an advantage.
