Client Uniscape Consulting Ltd is a Consulting and Training firm based in Nairobi is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with exceptional organizational abilities, advanced communication skills, and the confidence to support executive operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Location: Nairobi


Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office management, filing systems, and client interactions
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments
  • Support reception/front office duties and provide excellent first-point-of-contact service.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and manage office communications efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare and manage documents.
  • Apply AI tools to streamline workflow, improve documentation, and support business operations.
  • Handle administrative budgets and maintain accurate records.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource  or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ administrative experience 
  • Fluency in English: exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Proven office administration experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt to and utilize AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
