Job Summary
We are a Security company seeking to fill the position of Branch Managers - Sales
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Key Tasks.
1. Selling and marketing of Security products e.g manned guarding, technical products
2. Develop effective operation systems and processes that support business growth
3. Review and administer standard operating procedures for all assignments
4. Undertake assignment risk audits.
5. Manage incidents by undertaking investigation effectively and efficiently
6. Institute disciplinary action on Operation staff under command
7. Evaluate the performance of the operation staff under command and recommend training or coaching sessions on need basis
8. Carry out market intelligence and give feedback to management
9. Contribute to excellence of service delivery to external clients.
Key experience and Qualifications
• Must have at least five year’s experience in management and sales of security products under Private Security Industry.
• Must have a degree in any relevant field
• Excellent selling skills, analytical skills and report writing skills
• Must be fully computer literate.
• Resilient under pressure and ability to work with minimal supervision.
