4. Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure.
5. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
6. Present CX solutions in a compelling, value-driven manner.
7. Engage clients to understand their business context and CX challenges.
8. Co-create tailored solutions that address client needs.
9. Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
10. Drive customer retention, repeat business, and account growth.
11. Act as a strategic partner to clients.
12. Stay informed on industry trends and CX best practices.
13. Provide market insights to leadership.
14. Represent the company professionally in client and industry engagements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
2. Proven experience in consultative or solution selling.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build long-term relationships.
5. Commercial and results-driven mindset.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
