The Opportunity


As a Constituency Field Operating Agent (FOA), you'll be our boots at the constituency, the driving force behind our expanding network. Your mission is to recruit, onboard, and support agents and businesses across the constituency, bringing the financial revolution to life in communities there.



Your Key Responsibilities


  • Recruit and Onboard Agents: Find, train, and support individuals who will register customers and facilitate business transactions.
  • Business Development: Identify and sign up businesses to join our the Barter ecosystem
  • Customer Acquisition: Drive customer registrations through your agent network
  • Field Support: Provide on-site assistance to agents and businesses using our platform.
  • Network Growth: Strategically expand our presence in your assigned territory.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics of your agent Network.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve the monthly target of 8 agents a month.



What We’re Looking For


  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales activation, field marketing, or agent network management
  • Financial Acumen: Knowledge and experience in use of financial APPs.
  • Network Builder: Proven ability to recruit, train and manage agent networks
  • Tech-Savvy: You must have your own smartphone for the operation. You must also be comfortable using smartphone applications and teaching others to use them
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in the field
  • Problem Solver: Quick thinking and resourceful when facing challenges
  • Operational Base: You must be based in the town where you reside. Which must be the CONSTITUENCY HEADQUARTER.
  • Attendance for one day training: You must be able to afford and attend a one day training in the regional training center near your constituency at a date to be specified.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Swahili

Compensation Structure


  • 100% Commission-Based: Your earnings are directly tied to your performance: which is 8 agents per month.
  • Monthly Payments: Commissions are paid monthly based on achieved targets.
  • Performance Requirement: You must meet monthly targets to achieve targeted commissions.
  • Continuity Clause: Failure to meet targets for three consecutive months will result in disqualification

Expected Start Date: Immediately on Acceptance of your application.
